BY-LAW 94-9
being a by-law to appoint Poundkeepers in the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law
93-11
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Poundkeepers in the Municipality of Clarington for a
term expiring November 30, 1994:
Arnott Wotten, R.R.#l, Hampton, LOB 1JO
Rusty McQuaid, 3984 Solina Rd., R.R.#3, Bowmanville, L1C 3K4
2. THAT By-law 93-11 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of January,
1994.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
January, 1994.
