THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-8
being a by-law to appoint Fence Viewers for
the Municipality of Clarington and repeal By-
law 93-10
WHEREAS Section 2 of the Line Fences Act Chapter L.17, R.S.O.,
1990, provides that the Council of every municipality shall, by
by-law, appoint such number of Fence Viewers as are required to
carry out the provision of the Act and the by-law shall fix the
per diem remuneration to be paid to the Fence Viewers;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Fence Viewers for the Municipality of Clarington for a
term ending November 30, 1994:
Joseph B. Christl,Sr., 1305 Trulls Rd., Courtice L1E 2S4
Robert Martin, 15 Maple Street, Haydon, L1C 3K2
Glenn Stapleton, 2200 Stapleton Rd.,R.R.#8,Newcastle L1B lL9
Kelvin Hare, 6406 Clemens Road, Bowmanville, L1C 3K6
2. THAT the remuneration of the Fence Viewers be set in
accordance with the budget allocations per viewing
approved by Council for this purpose.
3. THAT By-law 93-10 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of January 1994
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
January 1994
