THE CORPORATION OF THE HUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-76
Being a By-Law to authorize the making of a
Servicing Agreement and Implementation of
Proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 56 and to
Repeal By-law 94-20
WHEREAS at its special meeting of May 24, 1994, Council passed
Resolution #C-330-94,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of The Corporation
of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Servicing Agreement with 829426 Ontario Inc., 838038 Ontario
Inc. and Royal Bank of Canada which applies to the
Markborough Lands and incorporates the principles set out in
paragraph 1.2 of the Addendum Report #PD-169-93 as amended
by Resolution #C-70-94, Resolution #C-80-94, Resolution
#C-82-94 and Resolution #C-330-94.
2. THAT By-law 94-20 is repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 24th day of May, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of May,
1994.
