THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-74
being a by-law to amend By-law 91-201, as amended,
a by-law to establish the Members of Council as
Chairmen of Departments and to establish the Order of
Proceedings at the General Purpose and Administration
Committee Meetings
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 91-201 be amended by deleting Item l(d)
therefrom and replacing it with the following:
"1. (d)
Fire Department - Carson Elliott. II
2. THAT this by-law take effect immediately on the passing
thereof.
By-law read a first and second time this 9th day of May 1994
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
May 1994
