THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-7
being a by-law to appoint Valuers of Livestock and
Poultry for the Municipality of Clarington and to
repeal Bylaw 93-9
WHEREAS Section 4 of the Livestock, Poultry and Honey Bee Act,
chapter L.24 R.S.O. 1990, provides that the Council of every
local municipality shall appoint one or more persons as Valuers
of Livestock and Poultry:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Valuers
of Livestock and Poultry for a term expiring November 30,
1994:
Sydney Worden, 1592 prestonvale Road, Courtice, L1E 2N8
Arnot Wotten, R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB 1JO
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the
budget allocations approved by council for this
purpose.
3. THAT By-law 93-9 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of January 1994
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
January 1994
