BY-LAW 94-63
Being a By-Law to appoint Carson Elliott as the
successor of the late Councillor Kenneth Hooper as
a member of the Clarington Council for Ward 2 and a
member of the Regional Council
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Carson Elliott be appointed to fill the seat of the
late Councillor Kenneth Hooper as a Councillor for Ward 2 on
the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington for the unexpired portion of the term of office
on that Council of the late Councillor Kenneth Hooper.
2. THAT Carson Elliott be appointed the successor of the late
Councillor Kenneth Hooper as a member of the Regional
Council for the unexpired portion of the term of office on
that Council of the late Councillor Kenneth Hooper.
By-law read a first and second time this 18th day of April 1993.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 18th day of
April 1993.
