THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-61
being a By-law to amend By-law No. 93-119, to
authorize the execution of a Transfer in the form
of a Quit Claim
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it advisable to further amend By-law No. 93-119.
1. By-law No. 93-ll9, is amended by amending subsection 2(a)
thereof by inserting at the beginning thereof the words
"Either (i)" and inserting at the end of the subsection the
following:
or (ii) the written pre-approval of the Land Registrar at
Whitby be obtained for a form of Quit Claim Transfers
containing a description referencing only that portion of the
unnamed street between Blocks 13 and 10, according to the Plan
of the Village of Orono made C. G. Hanning lying within Parts
2 and 3, Plan 10R-2457 in a form satisfactory to the
Municipality's Solicitor.
2. This By-law shall come into full force and effect immediately
on the final passing of it.
By-law read a first and second time this 11th day of April, 1994.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of
April, 1994.
