THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-6
being a by-law to appoint Members to the Property
Standards Committee for the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 93-8
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990;
provides for the establishment of a Property Standards Committee
composed of such persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to the
Property Standards Committee for a term expiring
November 30, 1994:
Joe Bonura, 2 Audrey Crt., Courtice, LIE 2B3
Doug Browning, 6160 Vannest Road, R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB 1JO
Jean-Michel Komarnicki, 89 Little Ave., Bowmanville, L1C 1J9
Murray McKnight, 68 King St.E.,Apt.204, Bowmanville, L1C 3X2
Peter Wolla, R.R. #5, Oshawa, L1H 8L7
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the
budget allocations approved by council for this
purpose.
3. THAT By-law No. 93-8 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of January
1994.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
January 1994
