Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to regulate traffic on highways,
municipal and private property in the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows:
1. Schedule I "NO STOPPING" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
a) adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2
Hiahway Side
Fourth Street South
(Bowmanville)
Column 3
From
Column 4
To
High Street
and Elgin
Street
8:00 am- 4:00 pm
Monday - Friday
Inclusive
2. This By-law shall come into force on the date that it is
approved and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAN read a first and second time this 28th day of March, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of March,
1994.
