THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94- 41
Being a By-law to amend By-law 41=82-63, as
amended, being a By-law for occupancy of
property within the former Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the M\1nicipality of Clarington deems it
expedient to further amend By-law 41=82-63;
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts as follows:
THAT Section 4.3 3) be deleted in its entirety and replaced with
the following:
4.3 3)
The term of office for Committee Members shall be a term
concurrent with the term of office of the appointing
Councilor until successors are appointed.
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of March, 1994.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of
March, 1994.
