THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-4
Being a By-law to amend Schedule 'A' to By-law 81-62,
being a by-law to permit the continuation of an
encroachment onto Town-owned lands, by F. F. Morris
Funeral Chapel Limited, Division Street, Bowmanville,
Ontario, pursuant to the provisions of Section 354 (1),
Paragraph 93 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970 and the
Town of Newcastle By-law 81-50.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 81-62;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" of By-law 81-62 is amended by deleting
reference to Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 on Plan
10R-1272, which Plan was deposited in the Land Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on the 7th day
of April, 1981.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force on the 10th day of
January, 1994.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of January, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
January, 1994.

SCHEDULE ' A '
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, (formerly in the Town
of Bowmanville, in the County of Durham), and being composed of all
of Lots 106 and 107, part of Lot 15, all in Block T, Parts of Lots
108 and 109, Block U, Part of Division Street, according to John
Grant's Plan of the former Town of Bowmanville, said lands being
more particularly designated as Parts 10 and lIon Plan 10R-1272,
which Plan was deposited in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on the 7th day of April,
1981.

At a meeting held on January 10, 1994, the Council of the
Municipality of Clarington passed the following resolution:
"THAT Report WD-1-94 be received;
THAT Council approve the proposed amending By-law attached
~o Report WD-1-94 (Attachment No.4);
THAT the Town's solicitor be instructed to take all actions
necessary to register the By-law; and
THAT Robertson, Perrett, Barristers and Solicitors, be
advised of Council's decisions and provided with a copy of
the By-law."
Please be advised that By-law No. 94-4 was approved by Council.
I enclose herewith 3 certified copies of the above-referenced
By-law. Would you please make the necessary arrangements to
