THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 94-20)
being a By-law to designate a certain portion of Registered Plan
40M-1798 as not subject to Part Lot Control
WHEREAS the Council of the corporation of the Munic ipal ity of
CIArington deems it advisable to exempt from Part Lot Control, Lots
1.to 6 inclusive on Plan 40M-1793 registered at the land Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of
the Municipality of C1arington enacts as follows:
1. That Subsection (5) of section 50 of the Planning Act shall
not apply to those lands described in paragraph 2 within the
By-law.
2. That thls E~'-l i1W shall come into effect upon being approved by
the Regional Municipality of Durham and thereafter Subsection
(5) nf s8ction ~() sholl cease to apply to the follo\'Jing lClnds:
i) I~ts 1 to 6, inclusive on Plan 40M-1798

We are pleased to advise that, in accordance wU:l1. By-law No. 165/83, as amended, oftlle
Regional Municipality of Durham and Section 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,
c.P .13, this part-lot control by-law has been approved. Enclosed are 2 copies of the by~
law bearing the approval stamp.
In accordance with Section 50(28) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, a certified
copy or duplicate of this by-law must be registered in the Land Titles Office.
Furthermore, it is requ,ested that .once all of the transactions have taken place, the by-law,
should be repealed to restore part-lot control on the land.
