THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 94- 202
being a by-law to designate a certain portion of Registered Plan 40-1799 as not subject
to Part Lot Control
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
advisable to exempt from Part Lot Control, Lots 2-6 inclusive on Plan 40M-1799
registered at the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That Subsection (5) of Section 50 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those
lands described in paragraph 2 within the By-law.
2. That this By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham and thereafter Subsection (5) of Section 50 shall cease to
apply to the following lands:
i} Lots 2 to 6 inclusive on Plan 40M-1799
BY-LAW READ a first time this 12 day of December 1994.
BY-LAW READ a second time this 12 day of December 1994.
BY-LAW READ a third time and finally passed this 12 day of December 1994.

We are.pleased to advise' that, in accordance with By-law No. 165/83, as amended, of the
Regional Municipality of Durham and Section 50(7) of the Planning Act, RS.O. 1990,
c.P.13, this part-lot control by-law has been approved. Enclosed are 2 copies of the by-
law bearing the approval stamp. .
In accordance with Secti9n 50(28) of the Planning Act, RS.O. 1990, c.P.13, a certified
. copy or duplicate of this by-law must be registered in the Land Titles Office.
Furthennore, it is requested that once all of the transactions have taken place, the by-law
should be repealed to restore part-lot' control. on the land.
