THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 94-20
being a By-Law to authorize the making of a Servicing
Agreement in Implementation of Proposed Official Plan
Amendment No. 56 and to Repeal By-law 93-215
WHEREAS the Council has approved the Addendum to Report #PD-169-93,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Servicing Agreement with 829426 Ontario Inc., Martin Road
Holdings Limited, West Bowmanville Developments Ltd. and Royal
Bank of Canada which applies to the Markborough Lands and
incorporating the principles set out in paragraph 1.2 of the
Addendum Report #PD-169-93 as amended by Resolution #C-79-94
and Resolution #C-81-94.
2. THAT By-Law 93-215 is repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 7th day of February, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 7th day of
February, 1994.
