THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 94-183
Being a By-Law to layout and establish and
assume an extension to Edward Street in the
Municipality of Clarington as public highway
in the Municipality of Clarington.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality
of Clarington enacts as follow:
1. THAT a portion of Edward Street described as Block 111
and Block 99, in Registered Plan 10M-799 all being in the
former Town of Newcastle, now known as the Municipality
of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
are hereby laid out and established by the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington as public highway to be
known as Edward Street, and assumed by the said
Corporation for public use.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 28th day of November,
1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of
November, 1994.

"THAT Report WD-59-94 be received;
THAT the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue a
'Certificate of Acceptance' for the Initial and Final Stage
Works constructed within Blocks 99 and 111, Plan 10M-799; and
THAT Council approve the by-law attached to Report WD-59-94
assuming Blocks 99 and 111, within Plan 10M-799, as public
highway. II
I enclose herewith three certified copies of By-law #94-183.
Would you please make the necessary arrangements to have this
by-law registered and return one registered copy to the undersigned
at your earliest convenience.
