THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW # 93-73
being a by-law to amend By-law 91-201, being a by-law to establish the
Members of Council as Chairmen of Departments and to establish the
Order of Proceedings at the General Purpose and Administration
Meetings.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law # 91-201 be amended by deleting Section 3 in its entirety and replacing it with
the following:
3. THAT the rotation established in Section 1 remain in effect for the term of the present
Council.
By-law read a first and second time this 31st day of May 1993.
By-law read a third time and fmally passed this 31st day of May 1993.
