BY-LAW NUHBER 93- 52
Being a By-law to authorize the issuance of a
purchase order to Novacor Construction Company
Ltd. in respect to an addition to Contract NW
92-28 for the construction of curb and gutter,
sidewalks, hot mix paving and other related
work.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
I. THAT the Purchasing and Supply Agent be authorized to issue a
Purchase Order to Novacor Construction Company Ltd. in the
amount of $88,425.50 for an extension to Contract NW 92-28.
2. THAT the Purchase Order to Novacor Construction Company Ltd.,
attached hereto as Schedule "A", form part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of April, 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of April,
1993.
