CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93- 51
Being a by-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a By-law to
Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private
Property in the Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XX "MAXIMUM RATE OF SPEED - 60 KILOMETRES PER HOUR"
of By-law 91-58 is amended by;
A) deleting the following reference:
Squair Road
(Clarke)
Concession Road 4
450 m north of
Concession Road 4
and
B) adding the following reference:
Column 1.
Hiqhwav
Column 2

Column 3

2. This By-law shall come into Force on the date that it is
approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham
and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of April, 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of April,
1993.
