BY-LAW NUMBER 93- 28
Being a By-Law to assume certain
within the Town of Newcastle as
highways in the Town of Newcastle.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT the lands described as Blocks 307 and 308, Plan 10M-824,
in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby established, laid out and dedicated as public highways.
2 . THAT the reserve blocks, streets and street widening in
Registered Plan 10M-824 as described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law, all being in the Town
of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as
public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for
public use.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 8th day of February 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 8th day of February
1993.
