THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 93-215
being a By-law to authorize the making of a Servicing
Agreement in Implementation of Proposed Official Plan
Amendment No. 56.
WHEREAS the Council has approved the Addendum to Report # PD-169-93,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Servicing Agreement with
829426 Ontario Inc.,Markborough Properties,West Bowmanville Developments Ltd.
and Royal Bank of Canada which applies to the Markborough Lands and
incorporates the principles set out in paragraph 1.2 of the Addendum Report # PD-
169-93.
BY-LAW read a first time this 13th. day of December, 1993.
BY-LAW read a second time this 13th. day of December, 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th. day of December, 1993.
