HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-174 e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NUMBER 93- 174 being a By-law to designate a certain portion of Registered Plan 40M-1734 as not subject to Part Lot Control. WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it advisable to exempt from Part Lot Control, Lots 2 - 10 inclusive, Lots 12 - 19 inclusive, Lots 37 - 42 inclusive, Blocks 44 - 46 inclusive and Blocks 51 to 56 inclusive on Plan 40M-1734 registered at the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Durham (No. 40). NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1. That Subsection (5) of Section 50 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those lands described in Paragraph 2 within this By-law. 2. That this By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham and thereafter Subsection (5) of Section 50 shall cease to apply to the following lands: i) Lots 2 - 10 inclusive on Plan 40M-1734; ii) Lots 12 - 19 inclusive on Plan 40M-1734; iii) Lots 37 - 42 inclusive on Plan 40M-1734; iv) Blocks 44 - 46 inclusive on Plan 40M-1734; and v) Blocks 51 to 56 inclusive on Plan 40M-1734.
