THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 93-16
Being a By-Law to assume certain
within the Town of Newcastle as
highways in the Town of Newcastle.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT the lands described as Blocks 53, 54 and 55, Plan 10M-
B1B, in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of
Durham, are hereby established, laid out and dedicated as
public highways.
2. THAT the reserve blocks, streets and street widenings in
Registered Plan 10M-B1B as described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law, all being in the Town
of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as
public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for
public use.
3. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registrar of
the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) to have the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle shown as the owner of the
streets and street widening blocks in Registered Plan 10M-B1B.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 25th day of January 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of January
1993.
