THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 93- 129
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
by-law to regulate traffic on highways,
municipal and private property in the
Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1) Schedule II, "NO PARKING" , of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4
Prohibited
Highway Side Between Times or Days
Prince Street North Durham Regional Anytime
(Bowmanville) Road 14 and
West Limit of
#18 Prince Street
Prince Street South Durham Regional Anytime
(Bowmanville) Road 14 and
Simpson Avenue
Queen Street North & Lambert Street Anytime
(Bowmanville) South and Durham

and
B) Adding the following reference:

2) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date
of the passing thereof and when signs to the effect are
erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of September,
1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of
September 1993.
