BY-LAW 93-121
Being a By-law to authorize the entering into
of a local agreement(s) and/or plan(s)
to be filed in accordance with the provisions
of Bill 48 on behalf of the Non-Affiliated
and Unionized employees of the Corporation
of the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS IT IS DEEMED EXPEDIENT THAT The Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enter into a local agreement(s)
and or plan(s) to be filed in accordance with the provisions of
Bill 48, on behalf of the Non-affiliated and Unionized employees of
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute and seal
with the Corporation seal, the appropriate agreement(s)
and/or plan(s) for submission to the Province on or before
August 1, 1993 .
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of July, 1993.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of
July, 1993 .
