THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 93- 100
being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable to
amend By-law 84-63, as amended, of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle in accordance
with DEV 88-116 to permit the development of 298 residential lots (18T-87092).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "4" to By-law 84-63, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the
zone designation from:
"Holding - Urban Residential Type One ((H)R1)" to "Urban Residential Type One (R1)",
IHolding - Urban Residential Type Two ((H)R2)" to "Urban Residential Type Two (R2)" and
IHolding - Urban Residential Type Three ((H)R3)" to "Urban Residential Type Three (R3t
all as indicated on the attached Schedule "A" hereto.
2. Schedule "A" attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
3. THAT this By-law shall come into effect on the date of the passing thereof, subject to the
provisions of Section 36 of the Planning Act.

BY-LAW read a second time this 28th. day of June 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 28th. day of June 1993.
