THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93-9
being a by-law to appoint Valuers of
Livestock and Poultry for the Town
of Newcastle and to repeal By-law
92-3
WHEREAS Section 4 of the Livestock, Poultry and Honey Bee
Act, chapter L.24 R.S.O. 1990, provides that the Council
of every local municipality shall appoint one or more
persons as Valuers of Livestock and Poultry;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Valuers of Livestock and Poultry for a term
expiring December 31, 1993:
Sydney Worden, R.R. #2, Bowmanville, LIC 3K3
Arnot R. Wotten, R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB IJO
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with
the budget allocations approved by council for this
purpose.
3. THAT By-law 92-3 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 11th day of
January 1993
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11th day
of January 1993
