THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW 93-10 being a by-law to appoint Fence Viewers for the Town of Newcastle and repeal By-law 92-2 WHEREAS Section 2 of the Line Fences Act Chapter L.17, R.S.O., 1990, provides that the Council of every municipality shall, by by-law, appoint such number of Fence Viewers as are required to carry out the provisions of the Act and the by-law shall fix the per diem remuneration to be paid to the Fence Viewers; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Fence Viewers for the Town of Newcastle for a term ending December 31, 1993: Fred Beaucage, 36 Beaucage Road, Orono, LOB 1MO Joseph B. Christl, Sr., 1305 Trulls Road, Courtice, LlE 2S4 Robert C. Martin, Box 17, Gr. 5, R.R. #1, Bowmanville, L1C 3K2 Glenn Stapleton, 2100 Stapleton Rd., R.R. #8, Newcastle, LIB 1L9 2. THAT the remuneration of the Fence Viewers be set in accordance with the budget allocations per viewing approved by Council for this purpose. 3. THAT By-law 92-2 is hereby repealed.
