THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-77
being a by-law to amend By-law #89-219, being a
By-law to amend By-law #79-104, as amended, a
By-law to provide for the Maintenance, Management,
Regulation and Control of Cemeteries in the Town of
Newcastle.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law #89-219 be, and the same is hereby amended, by rescinding
Schedule fl A fl attached thereto and replacing it with Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into force on the date of passing thereof
subject to approval of the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations
which was received on September 19, 1991.
By-law read a first time on this 9th day of March, 1992.
By-law read. a second time on the 9th day of March, 1992.
By-law read a third time and fmally passed this 9th day of
March, 1992.
