THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 92- 46
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Lease Agreement with
O.E. Oshawa Inc., Oshawa, Ontario
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corporation Seal, a Lease Agreement between O.E. Oshawa
Inc. and said Corporation, which is attached hereto
and marked Schedule II A" .
2. That this By-Law not take effect until approved by the Ontario
Municipal Board, pursuant to Section 64(1) of the Ontario
Municipal Board Act.
By-Law read a first and second time this 10th day of February, 1992.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of February,
1992.

date in which you advised the Board that Council is
enter ing into a lease agreement for a photooopier which
will expire in October of 1994.
Please be advised that the Board 's approvcll is not
required pursuant to ,paction 65 of the Ontaric, Municipal
Board Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O. 28, sinoe t.his- lease
agreement fa.lls within the present term of oouncil.
