CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-28
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being
a By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the Town
of Newcastle. .
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XVI "Stop Signs" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
(A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1
Intersection
Column 2
Facing Traffic
Northbound on Beaver Street
Beaver Street and Robert Street
(Newcastle)
AND
(B) Substituting the following reference:
Column 1
Intersection
Column 2
Facing Traffic
Robert Street East and Beaver
Street South
(Newcastle)
Eastbound on Robert Street
East
2) This by-law shall come into force on the date it is approved by the
Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect are
erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of January, 1992.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of January,
1992.
