CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-24
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being
a By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the Town
of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XII "One-way Highways" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
(A) Deleting the following references:
Column 1
Highway
Column 2
Between
Column 3
Times or Days
Column 4
Direction
Robert Street
(Newcastle)
Regional Road 17(Mill
Street South) and
Beaver Street
Anytime
From West to East
Beaver Street
(Newcastle)
AND
James Street East and Anytime From South to North
Robert Street
(B) Substituting the following reference:

This by-law shall come into force on the date it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of January, 1992.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of January,
1992.
