THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 92- 234
Being a By-Law to assume certain
within the Town of Newcastle as
highways in the Town of Newcastle.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT the streets and street widening Block 41, as set out
in Registered Plan 10M-813 (described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law) all
being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public highways,
and a~sumed by the said Corporation for public use.
BY-LAW read a first time this 14th day of December 1992.
BY-LAW read a second time this 14th day of December 1992.
BY-LAW read a third and finally passed this 14th day of December
1992.
