THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92 - 214
being a By-Law respecting the acceptance of a gift
to The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, of
Parts of Lot 28, Concession 5, former Village of Orono
WHEREAS at its meeting on October 26, 1992, Council approved
Report #CS-33-92 which recommended acceptance of a gift of
certain land comprising Parts of Lot 28, Concession 5, former
Vi.llage of Orono (the "Land") from Dr. Paul Allan Rutherford in
the terms set out in Report #CS-33-92:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. The gift of the Land from Dr. Paul Allan Rutherford to The
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle is hereby accepted;
2. The Mayor and Clerk are requested to complete a certificate
or other appropriate document to provide evidence of the
value of the Land gifted to the Corporation by Dr.
Rutherford as set out in Report #CS-33-92.
By-Law read a first time this 26th day of October 1992.
By-Law read a second time this 26th day of October 1992.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
October 1992.
