CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92- 194
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 as
amended, being a By-law to Regulate Traffic on
Highways, Municipal and Private Property in
the Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the' Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1)
Schedule XII "One-way Highways" of By-law 91-58 is hereby
amended by deleting the Schedule in its entirety and
substituting thereto a revised SC?hedule XII "One-way
Highways" as follows:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4
Highway Between Times/Davs Direction
Silver Street King Street Anytime South to
(Bowmanville) West and North
Church Street
Victoria Regional Road Anytime East to
Street (Orono) 17 (Main West
Street) and
Church Street
2)
This By-law shall come into Force on the date that it is
approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of
Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this. 14th day of September,
1992.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of
September, 1992.

on October 14, 1992.
