CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-168
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, being a
By-law to regulate traffic on highways, and
municipal and private property in the Town of
Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Schedule XXX, "OFF-STREET PARKING FOR DISABLED PERSONS II , of
By-law 91-58 is amended by:
a) Adding the following references:
Column 1
Location
Column 2
Number of Stalls
Division Street Parking Lot
(Bowmanville)
2
Fitness Centre Parking Lot
2
2. This By-law shall come into force on the date of the passing
the reo f .
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of July, 1992.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of July,
1992.
