THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92.=.166
being a By-law to amend By-law 90-51
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it necessary to amend
By-law 90-51 regulating the use of skateboards within the limits of the Town of Newcastle; and
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, pursuant to the Municipal
Act R.S.O. 1990, Chapter M45, Section 207, Subsection 42, has authority to enact such a By-law;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By-law 90-51 is hereby amended by deleting Schedule "B" and replacing it with
a new Schedule "B" hereto attached and forming part of this By-law;
2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its enactment.
BY-LAW read a first time this 13th day of July 1992
BY-LAW read a second time this 13thday of July 1992
BY-LAW read a third time and fInally passed this 13thday of July 1992
