THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 85-74
being a by-law to amend By-law 83-119 entitled
"a by-law to appoint a Fire Chief"
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Section 3. of By-law 83-119 be deleted in its entirety and
that the following Section 3. be substituted therefor:
3. THAT Mr. James A. Aldridge shall be
remunerated in accordance with the Salary
Administration Policy for non-affiliated
staff, at Salary Grade 15.
Salary adjustments shall be made from time
to time in accordance with the Salary
Administration Program.
By-law read a first and second time this 27th day of May 1985
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of May 1985.
