BY-LAW 85- 71
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands
as a Public Highway in the Town 6f Newcastle
(l.RosalynnCrescent 2.Rhonda Boulevard)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The said lands hereby established as Public Highways are described as
follows:
1. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle
in the Regional Municipalityoof Durham, formerly Part of
Lot 14, Concession 1, Town of Bowmanville, now in the Town
of Newcastle, more particularly described as Block 5 on
Plan 705 in a Deed of Land registered in the Land Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on
August 12th 1981, as Instrument Number 104377.
2. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle
in the Regional Municipality of Durham, formerly Part of Lot
14, Concession 1, Town of Bowmanville now in the Town of
Newcastle, more particularly described as Block 6 on Plan
Ii 705, in a Deed of Land registered in the Land Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10)
on August 12th 1981, as Instrument Number 104377.
By-law passed a first and second time this 27th day of May 1985
By-law passed a third time and finally passed this 27th day of May 1985.
