THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 85- 69
being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, as amended, of the Town of
Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Counci 1 of the Cor.poroati on of the Town of Newcastl e deems
it advi sable to amend By-l aw 84-63 of the Coropor.ation of the Town of
Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 84-63 is heroeby amended as
follows:
1. Schedule "1" to By-law 84-63, as amended, is heroeby fur.ther.
amended by changing the zone designation fr.om "A-Agr.iculturoal" to
"RE-3-Residential Estate Exception (RE-3)" and "EP-Environmental
Pr.otection" zone, as shown on the attached Schedule "X" heroeto.
2. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing
her.eof, subject to the proovi s ions of Secti on 34 of the Pl anni ng
Act.
