THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 85- 60
being a By-law to amend By-law 76-23 of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Cor'por'ati on of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend By-law 76-23.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Cor.por.ation of
the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Secti on 2 of By-l aw 76-23 is her.eby amended by addi ng ther.eto
the fo 11 owi ng wor'ds:

2. Schedule "B" of By-law 76-23 is her'eby deleted in its entir'ety

"XII.
3. Schedule "C" of By-law 76-23 is her'eby deleted in its entir'ety
and r.eplaced with a new Schedule "C" attached her.eto as Schedule
"X-l" .
4. Schedules "X" and "X_l" attached her'eto for'm par't of this
by-law.
