THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW NUMBER 85- 49
being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, Comprehensive Zoning By-law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend By-law 84-63 of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By-law 84-153 of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle is
hereby repealed.
2. Schedule 1 of By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the I(H)Ml" zone designation of Part of Lots
1,2,3 & 4, Broken Front Concession, geographic Township of
Darl i ngton as shown on the attached Schedule "X" hereto
and replacing same with the zone designation "A";
3. Schedule 5 of By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the "(H)M1" zone designation on Part of Lots
31 and 32, Concession 1 and Broken Front Concession as
shown on the attached Schedule "X_2" hereto and replacing
same with the zone designation "A";
4. Schedule 2 of By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the IC4" zone designation as shown on the
attached Schedule "X_J11 and replacing same with "C6-4" and
"A-l".
b. by deleting the "A_l" zone symbol on the lands shown on
the attached Schedule IX_6" hereto and replacing same with
the zone desi gnati on IC_4".
5. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing
hereof, subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act.
