BY-LAW 85- 39
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a Public Highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Maryleah Court)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED, as a By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle, by the Council thereof, as follows:
THE FOLLOWING LAND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY, to be, and to
form part of the Public Highway known as MARYLEAH COURT in the former Township
of Darlington, now within the limits of the Town of Newcastle.
THE SAID LAND HEREBY established as a Public Highway is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Newcastle in the Regional municipality of
Durham, formerly Part of Lot 15, Consession 3,
Township of Darlington (now in the Town of Newcastle),
being more particularly described as Block 26,
Registered Plan IOM-755, deposited in the Land Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No.IO) on
February 24, 1984.
By-law read a first time this 9th day of April 1985
By-law read a second time this 9th day of April 1985
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of April 1985
