That ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE is hereby appointed Deputy Clerk of the Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council. 2. That ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE shall be paid for her services such sum annually, in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in Schedule IIA" attached hereto. CLERK I File NO..-LQ~~_._J ... ;"> 9 --~ SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 85 - 3 'f TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE The following shall be the terms and conditions of the employment of ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE as Deputy clerk of the Town of Newcastle, namely: 1. Effective May 13th 1985, ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE shall commence her employment with the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as Deputy Clerk. 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Deputy Clerk are those established by the job description and By-Law 81-118, as may be amended from time to time. 3. ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE shall be remunerated in accordance with the Town's policy in respect of the compensation for non-affiliated staff. 4. ROSEMARY E. RUTLEDGE shall be remunerated at the Grade 10 level, commencing at Step 1. 5. ROSEMARY E.
