BY -LAW 85- 29
being a by-law to authorize the release of
the conditions of an agreement respecting
Part 2, Plan 10R-708 (Darlington Industrial
Estates) between the Town of Newcastle and
Darlington Industrials limited and Marilyn
Carswell
THE COUNCILOr THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Town of Newcastle, and Seal with the Corporation's
Seal, a Release Agreement for Part 2, Plan 10R-708, Darlington
Industrial Estates, between Darlington Industrials Limited
and Marilyn Carswell and the said Corporation, dated this
day of 1985, in the form attached
hereto as Schedule "A".
2. That Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this By-law.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of March 1985.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of March 1985.
