THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 85- 22
being a by-law to re-appoint David S. Johnston
as Chief Administrative Officer
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT David S. Johnston is hereby re-appointed as Chief
Administrative Officer for the Town of Newcastle, subject
to the following conditions:
(a) That the term of re-appointment shall be for a
period of two (2) years commencing on September
27th 1985;
(b) That all of the other terms and conditions detailed
in Schedule "A" to By-law 83-115 enacted by the
Council of the Town of Newcastle on August 24th
1983, shall apply and remain in force during the
period of re-appointment.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of
February
1985.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of February 1985.
