being a by-law to repeal By-law 81-88
entitled lIa By-law to appoint a Treasurerll
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Kathryn Campbell's employment with the Town of
Newcastle be terminated effective at 4:30 p.m.,
November 8th 1985;
2. THAT By-law 81-88 appointing Kathryn Campbell as
Treasurer of the Town of Newcastle be repealed
effective at 4:30 p.m.t November 8th 1985.
By-law read a first and second time this 4th day of November 1985.
By-law read a thidd time and finally passed this 4th day of November 1985.
