THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW 85- 13
being a by-law to pay a reward for
information leading to the conviction
of persons responsible for the vandalism
of Town-Owned bus shelters
WHEREAS Subsection 30 of Section 208 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, Chapter 302, provides that a municipality may pass by-laws
for offering and paying rewards;
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby authorizes
the payment of a reward of $ for the supply of information
leading to the conviction of persons responsible for the vandalism
of Town-Owned bus shelters.
By-law read a first and second time this 11th day of
February
1985.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of February 1985.
