THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 85-100
being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a Certificate of Release with respect to
a Development Agreement between Marnie
Industrial Park Limited and the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle, and seal with the Corporation's Seal, a
Certificate of Release of Development Agreement
between Marnie Industrial Park Limited, and the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle;
2. THAT the Development Agreement referred to in Section
1 hereof, was registered as Instrument Number 93756,
and the lands referred to in the said Development
Agreement were described in Registered Reference
Plan 10R-933.
By-law read a first and second time this 9th day of September 1985
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
September 1985
