THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 82-28
being a by-law law to appoint a Director of Public Works
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Ronald G. Dupuis is hereby appointed
IIDirector of Public Works" of the Town of Newcastle
during the pleasure of Council.
2. That Ronald G. Dupuis shall be paid for his services
such sum annually, in accordance with the terms and
conditions as set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
By-Law read a first time this First day of March 1982.
By-Law read a secone time this First day of March 1982.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this First day of March 1982.

Schedule "A" to By-Law 82-2$
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF RONALD G. DUPUIS
The following are the terms and conditions of the employment of
R. G. Dupuis as Director of Public Works, Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Effective April 5 1982, Mr. R. G. Dupuis shall
commence his employment with the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle as Director of Public Works.
2. The duties and responsibilities of the Director of
Public Works are those established by By-Law 82-8, as may
be amended from time to time.
3. Mr. R. G. Dupuis shall be renumerated in accordance with
the Town's policy in respect of the compensation for non-
affiliated staff and more specifically shall be paid from
April 5 1982 at Salary Grade 17, between Steps 4 and 5, in
recognition of his past employment.
4. Mr. R. G. Dupuis shall be entitled to all other employee
benefits enjoyed by all other non-affiliated staff as may be
determined from time to time.
