THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 82-181
being a By-law to amend By-law Number 2111, as amended, of the former
Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111, as amended,
of the former Township of Darlington.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
e 1. Map 12 of Schedule "A" to By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing to "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 82-181" the
zone designation of lands indicated as "Z0NE CHANGE TO SPECIAL
PROVISION BY-LAW 82- 181" on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.
2. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto subsection (00) as follows:
"(00) Block 10, Plan M-746 (Solina)

Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the contrary,
Block 10, Plan M-746, which is designated "SPECIAL PROVISION
BY-LAW 82-181" on the attached Schedule "AII hereto shall be
used only rn-accordance with the following provisions:
(1) Permitted Uses
a) one single detached dwelling per lot
(2) Zone Provisions
The zone provisions of the Residential R2 Zone, as set out
in Section 12 shall apply, except that the minimum lot
frontage shall be 20 metres. II

3. This By~law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject
to the provisions of Section 39(11) of the Planning Act.
